Snow! Blizzard! Snow!
While outside a storm total of 10 to 18 inches began to fall,
temperatures were in the 20s, and North winds 30 to 35 mph blew,
inside the Bangor Public Library there was a reception.

The reception was nice and fun. I had a wonderful time seeing old friends and colleagues. What brave souls, true Mainers, to disregard weather warnings and venture out in the midst of a blizzard to join us for refreshments, good conversation, good cheer and to view some art. There was a certain pride in being there despite the weather warnings. I was pleased that my personal favorite in this exhibit, Bare, was sold at the show.
