Art Unveiling
My artwork at the new Hollywood Slots facility in Bangor, Maine is completed.
The painting, a 16 panel polyptich, measures 33' across in an arc, is 14' tall, and is only viewable from outside the building at one of Bangor's most travelled intersections.
This public work of art, perhaps the world's largest pastel installation, will be unveiled on
Sunday, June 29 at 2:00 p.m.
This will be a media event open to the public.
It will take place on Main Street outside the facility.
I hope you can join me in celebration.

"Painting is such a tactile experience for me, involving all the senses. I love this medium because it's so intimate. I hold the pigment in my hands and every stroke goes directly from my hand to the paper, no brush or palette or anything else in between."
